All our mugs are made-to-order. Processing time typically takes 2–5 business days before shipping.

Shipping usually takes 7–15 business days depending on your location.
3. Can I track my order?
Yes! Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email.
4. Can I change or cancel my order?
You can request changes or cancellations within 12 hours of placing your order. After that, production may already begin.
5. What if I receive a damaged or wrong item?
Please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos of the issue. We’ll gladly send a replacement or offer a refund.
6. Do you accept returns or refunds?
Since our products are custom-made, we only accept returns or refunds for defective or incorrect items.
7. Are your mugs dishwasher and microwave safe?
Yes, our mugs are designed to be safe for both dishwasher and microwave use.
8. Do you ship internationally?
No, we ship only United State.
